About Mario Zolofra

Mario is a highly successful multi-faceted real estate professional with 30 years of
industry experience. As a builder, he’s developed several residential communities and 
commercial projects throughout New Jersey and New York. His diverse real estate 
knowledge allows him to provide buyers and sellers a wealth of information so they can 
make the best possible educated decision.
Mario’s career began in architecture working for Casco Corp. in their Woodbridge, NJ 
office performing feasibility studies for clients along the east coast and then several 
years as Resident Engineer for NYC Health and Hospitals Corp and the School 
Construction Authority administrating over projects valued in excess of $300 million 
dollars.
For 20 years Mario served as Vice President of Construction with Signature 
Communities and currently President of Prestige Custom Builders. He’s developed 
many notable projects including Beau Ridge in Holmdel, Waterford Estates in
Manalapan, Beacon Ridge in Lakewood and built numerous custom homes for 
individuals throughout New Jersey. Giving back to the community has always been a 
priority and served as a member for Holmdel’s Zoning Board, Planning Board and 
Environmental Commission. 
Understanding and differentiating neighborhoods, schools and commerce in the towns 
where he’s built has been essential. This coupled with design, functionality,
implementation of the latest technologies and home building trends gives Mario a 
unique advantage in today’s Real Estate market.
