Currently, the Broker of Record / Owner of Critelli REALTORS®, a Luxury Real Estate company, Louis has made New Jersey his home for over 60 years. A former resident and graduate of Holmdel High School, he has been specializing in the marketing of New Jersey's Finest Homes for over 33 Years. Louis' education includes 2 Bachelor's Degrees from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Rutgers.

Before opening Critelli REALTORS® in 2005, Louis was the recipient of the NJAR "Distinguished Service Award" a Lifetime Membership award given to approx 1% of NAR Members in NJ. Other awards in his career include being named as the top agent for Coldwell Banker in Monmouth & Ocean Counties for 2001 through 2005, as well as the number 9 Agent (for Coldwell Banker in the Greater New York, New Jersey Area) for 2003, out of 3500 agents. He was also the recipient of the Coldwell Banker Presidents Premier Award, as well as Coldwell Banker's President Elite Award for 1998-2005.

 

These awards placed him in the top 1 percent of over 120,000 agents nationwide. This award was received as a result of his thorough knowledge of the real estate market, extensive expertise, unparalleled work ethic, and relationship to his fellow brokers. Louis is currently considered one of the area's top agents and was awarded the "Circle of Excellence Platinum Award" ( received by less than 1% of all agents ) Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards. He was elected as the Chairman of the Arbitration Committee and has served on the Professional Standards Committee, Grievance Committee, Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee, Managers Committee, and Public Relations committee for the Monmouth County Board of REALTORS® for multiple years.
